Enquanto em modo Beta o Komparaki é um serviço completamente gratuito, pelo que, tal como qualquer outro motor de busca (google, sapo, yahooo etc), ou qualquer outro serviço de comparação de preços tais como em Portugal o da DECO, não necessita de autorização das partes por quanto apenas informa o consumidor e não solicita qualquer pagamento ás lojas presentes. Como tal apenas quando e se passar a versão paga ou lhe for solicitado algum pagamento poderá optar não por estar presente com a sua loja no nosso comparador.
1. Information about the Terms of Use
The following "Terms of Use" are the terms and conditions on which the KOMPARAKI website (the "Website") and Services (as defined below) are being provided to you.

4. Description of Services
The services provided by KOMPARAKI include but are not limited to a range of search functionalities based on keywords or product categories, merchant and product reviews and any other services that shall be added in the future. The main purpose of the Website is to provide users with information regarding the products and services offered by third parties (the "Merchants") and also to provide web links to the online shops selling those products and services.
KOMPARAKI is not acting as agent for the Merchants whose products are being listed on the Website and is neither selling, reselling nor licensing the products listed.
KOMPARAKI is not a party in any transaction or contract that you may establish with any Merchant that has products listed on the Website and has no liability with regard to the products listed.
5. Responsibility towards the listed products
KOMPARAKI:
o Will not warrant for the content listed on the Website, provided by its partners or by the users;
o Cannot be held responsible for the price changes of the listed products or any damages and profit loss caused by those changes;
o Cannot be held responsible for the content, quality or nature of the listed websites and products;
o Cannot be held responsible for the damages incurred by accessing the links listed on the Website. KOMPARAKI will not warrant for the accuracy of the product descriptions listed on the Website;
o Will not warrant and cannot be held responsible for the products that you have purchased. You agree to not involve KOMPARAKI in any way in disputes that may occur between you and any Merchant listed.
6. Intellectual property rights
The Content of this Website is offered to you as an individual and it allows interacting with other users only for personal use. The Content cannot be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or exploited for any commercial purposes.
You may not in any way and by any means, copy, edit, reproduce, post, republish, download, transmit, commercially exploit or distribute the Services, pages , materials or information on the Website or any other elements comprising the Website. A copy of the contents is solely permitted for personal and non-commercial use, under the condition that the origin of the contents is mentioned, for example through a statement of the copy's source.

KOMPARAKI provides product descriptions, information regarding prices for certain products or services, user comments, ratings and reviews and other content ("Website Content") in relation to products and merchants listed on the Website. These products are not sold by KOMPARAKI, but by third party Merchants.
KOMPARAKI does not at any time warrant that the Website Content is free from errors or accurate.
The comments and reviews published on the KOMPARAKI Website belong to users and they do not guarantee the quality and performance of the products, services or merchants. The entries published by users do not express KOMPARAKIs’ endorsement of any opinion or advice expressed.
The registered merchants or third parties can pay for a preferential positioning within the search results, but this will not influence the reviews, comments or approval posted by users on the Website.
The Content of the KOMPARAKI Website will be used for information purposes only; any commercial use of the Content requires prior written permission from KOMPARAKI.

Any liability for damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from using the Website shall not be accepted by KOMPARAKI. We also cannot guarantee the integrity of the files that you may download or that they are free of viruses, contamination or other types of threats.
9. Use of the Website by children
Our site is not targeted towards, nor intended for use, by anyone under the age of 18. By using the site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Users under the age of 18 shall use this website exclusively under the supervision of an adult. 12. Service availability
BERGA HOLDING does not hold liability and reserves the right to modify or discontinue the KOMPARAKI Website or Services, in part or in whole, temporarily or permanently, or to launch new services or improvements, with or without prior notice.
